• capture/capture_test.go — stubs for BPF filter and pcap reading tests
• aggregate/window_test.go — stubs for timestamp-based windowing tests
• cmd/netsynth/main_test.go — stubs for CLI flag interaction tests

Existing go test infrastructure covers framework needs.
