- Add createWordExerciseState() that splits words into letters with boundaries
- Add getCurrentWordIndex() helper for UI word tracking
- Extend TypingExerciseState with mode, words, wordBoundaries fields
- Backwards compatible: createExerciseState sets mode='letters'
- All 85 tests pass
